We had a great time visiting the State Capitol. We especially enjoyed our visit with Senate President Michael Waddoups.

Crazy About Being Drug Free!
On October 22nd, Mrs. Stevens' class got crazy about being drug free. Bella won the "Craziest Hair" award.

Today, author Brad Wilcox presented a fun assembly on writing and shared his book Hip, Hip, Hooray for Annie McRae. He asked each student to tell their parents what writing is. "Writing: discovering what's inside, bringing it out, and putting it on paper." We're excited about writing!
